Will you be coming to Tenerife in September?

As a very unpredictable August comes to an end and it will be interesting to see how September will be in comparison. There are still some venues that haven't reopened, and even though they are in the minority, the frustration for them must have taken it's toll. With covid numbers taking a dramatic fall this last month, it is hoped that our status in Tenerife will be reduced to level three. Unfortunately they do like to keep you guessing here and bars and restaurants that are predominantly indoor venues are still struggling to decide if it's worth their while to open at the moment. ViVO Showbar's new series of evening shows have been put on hold until we reach at least level two and Hard Rock Cafe is yet to open at all. That said, the feedback from our visitors in August has been very positive. Most have said they've had a great time as usual and found that the restrictions were only a minor inconvenience. It really is up to you.
Important information about the QR code that you require for arrival in Spanish territories which can be found at www.spth.gob.es. Do not fill this form in until you are inside the 48 hour window. There is a facility where you can begin to fill in the form and continue at another time. A friend of ours tried this the other day and seemed to have been locked out and also couldn't create a new account. The matter was resolved although on arrival at Tenerife airport, the QR code was found to be incorrect and a new one had to be created before she was allowed to leave the arrivals lounge. An inconvenience you don't need that sets the holiday off on the wrong footing.
